Refund policy

We hope your new BODDI product supports you on all your adventures, but we understand that sometimes things don’t quite work out.

If you need to make a return, we offer a 14-day window from the date you receive your item to request and complete your return. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by BODDI, and a $6 return fee will be applied upon receiving the product.

To start your return and receive your return label, email us at contact@boddiskin.com with your order number, “Return” in the subject line, and a brief reason for the return.
